Sallie Mae has been busy buying new companies and integrating new services and team members. It has been critical for pivoting and quick thinking against our business objectives as a loan service company including reviewing SEO strategies, new design system rollouts, and managing 3rd party partners’ work.

The day-to-day involves managing, and hiring/staffing teams (copy, UX/UI/visual design) as well as project forecasting/planning and development. We want to create memorable emotional experiences that drive home a sense of being and place for our end users.
